Sleep Less ... or actually longer !?!

This weekend we switch back to Summertime.

So Sunday morning at 1 AM it actually becomes 2 AM.

In the older days this freightening moment ended up with one hour less of sleep, but actually nowerdays with kidz running around (especially in the weekend mornings) you actually get an hour more of sleep as they will only wake up at 8 instead of 7.

Confusing ?

Anyway some really good advice I found on one of the Summer/Wintertime websites.
Do change the batteries in your smoke detectors. Now is a good time to do so.
